Return & Refund Policy – Remidio

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Remidio does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, product suitability, or customer preference.

Our products are medical and diagnostic devices and, for safety, hygiene, and calibration reasons, returned devices cannot be resold or reused.


✅ Limited Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund will be considered only in the following cases:

1.      A manufacturing defect, confirmed by Remidio’s technical inspection

2.      An incorrect product model shipped by Remidio

3.      Transit damage, subject to strict verification requirements (see below)

No other return or refund requests will be accepted.


🚫 Strict Conditions for Transit Damage Claims

Remidio is not responsible for transit damage unless ALL the following conditions are met:

1.      The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

2.      A continuous, unedited unboxing video is provided, clearly showing:

o   The sealed package

o   Outer and inner packaging

o   The product condition at first opening

3.      The original packaging is retained and intact

4.      Proof of delivery and order invoice are submitted

Claims without complete evidence will be rejected without exception.

📦 Customers are advised to refuse delivery if the package shows visible damage, tampering, or seal breakage at the time of receipt.


🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

This policy does not limit Remidio’s responsibility for verified manufacturing defects.

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

·       Used or unsealed medical / diagnostic devices

·       Devices used for clinical, screening, demonstration, or trial purposes

·       Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized servicing

·       Customized, configured, or calibrated devices

·       Software, licenses, digital components, or bundled services


🔍 Inspection & Approval Rights

All claims are subject to mandatory technical inspection by Remidio.

·       Remidio reserves the sole right to approve or reject any claim

·       Approval depends on clear validation of the reported issue

·       Replacement or refund decisions are final


💰 Refund Deduction Clause (15% Charges)

Refund deduction fees do not apply to refunds arising from Remidio’s confirmed errors, such as verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped.

For approved refunds (excluding replacements), a refund deduction fee of 15% will be applied. This fee covers: - Payment gateway charges - Administrative processing - Packaging, handling & inspection costs


🛡️ Order Insurance Policy

Order Insurance is optional and does not replace statutory warranty or consumer rights obligations.

Remidio provides an optional Order Insurance Policy that protects customers against: - Transit damage - Lost shipments - Courier mishandling

Customers who opt for order insurance receive priority claim processing and may be eligible for full coverage without deduction fees, subject to evidence and verification.

If insurance is declined at checkout, the customer assumes responsibility for any courier-related issues unless covered under standard warranty or verified damage protocol.


💰 Resolution Method

If a claim is approved, Remidio will, at its discretion:

·       Provide a replacement, or

·       Issue a refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after verification.


🚚 Shipping Policy for Approved Claims

·       Return shipping costs will be covered only for approved claims

·       Unauthorized or self-initiated returns will not be accepted or reimbursed

Please include: - Order number - Detailed description of the issue - Required photos and unboxing video (mandatory where applicable)

Claims submitted without complete documentation will not be processed.


🌍 Regulatory & Consumer Rights Notice

This policy does not override statutory consumer rights in jurisdictions where mandatory legal protections apply (such as the European Union).


By placing an order with Remidio, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.
